This building consist of two floors, with a nice customer service area, their own storage room for parts and different service areas.

Kirpalani Superstore KSS

A new design for a modern Showroom for Kirpalani, The Building consist of 4 Floors, with escalators and elevators. The Building has its Own Building Management Software, For energy Savings.

The building is built of Steel Construction with Isolated Facades to minimize the use of energy for Air Conditioning.
The store has its Own Café on the Top Floor with 150 m2 Floor area.

Godo Uitbreiding Hoofdkantoor Keizerstraat

Description: Total Floor space 400 M2

GODO wilde een klantvriendelijk gebouw met uitstraling. Want, zo zeggen zij: “het gebouw is niet van ons, het is van onze leden. Die moeten zich er thuis voelen. Er trots op zijn”. Het is uiteindelijk een gebouw geworden vol van kleurige vormen, en met een groot dak dat er als een grote beschermende paraplu boven zweeft. Het is ook een heel open gebouw. Als lid en mede-eigenaar van GODO kun je er straks als het helemaal open is overal rondzwerven. Er zijn geen afgesloten kantoren.

Staal als materiaal voor de hoofdconstructie is gekozen omdat je er expressieve en kleurige constructies mee kunt maken. Het is deels zichtbaar gelaten, en versterkt de architectuur. Er was ook een praktische reden: Het nieuwe kantoor is over het oude kantoor heen gebouwd. Het oude kantoor is gedurende de gehele bouw in gebruik gebleven. Dankzij de staalconstructie was dit mogelijk.
